STO
Site Technical Officer
A Site Technical Officer (STO) is responsible for the works carried out on a construction site. He is to ensure that all demolition, excavation and construction works are done in a safe manner and co-ordinate the works between the project architect and contractor as per legal notice LN136 2019.
The STO has to be present during major decisions to safeguard third-party properties and individuals. We provide STO services in all of Malta and Gozo:
